OK, now no one has really commented on this one way or the other so I'm flying based on what I have done for the past 10 years camping in a tent with only a grill or camp stove to cook on. I have been thinking about how Mom/Dad are fixing a casserole for Saturday night, then Annette/Logan offered to cook Chicken Gavo for the entire crew. I got to "re-thinking" and this is really a great idea. If you cabin campers will let me use the kitchen facilities I would be willing to cook a dinner of some sort for the entire crew. I would be responsible for ONE NIGHT, not 5 nights. Of course Bruce usually does all of the cooking when we are camping, BUT I plan and shop, and sometimes I help clean. So, if everyone would be interested in cooking for the entire crew for one night, it should be fun and easy....at least easier than camp stove cooking for 5 nights. So, if this sounds like a good plan let me know. Speak up, share your ideas, I can't read your minds!!!
